Hours
Set opening hours for each location.
Changing hours here updates the locations table in Supabase, which the booking availability
tool reads directly — no n8n workflow edit needed. Run 04_additional_tables.sql once first if
you haven't yet (it also replaces the older practice_hours table this page used previously).
Blocked Dates
Days when appointments shouldn't be offered — holidays, closures, leave.
Leave From/To empty to block the whole day. Set both to block only part of the day (e.g. 10:00–12:00 for a training session).

Appointment duration and the WhatsApp number that receives new-request alerts — no n8n edit needed.
Locations, Calendar & Reviews
