Set opening hours for each location.

Changing hours here updates the locations table in Supabase, which the booking availability tool reads directly — no n8n workflow edit needed. Run 04_additional_tables.sql once first if you haven't yet (it also replaces the older practice_hours table this page used previously).

Blocked Dates

Days when appointments shouldn't be offered — holidays, closures, leave.

Leave From/To empty to block the whole day. Set both to block only part of the day (e.g. 10:00–12:00 for a training session).

Browse WhatsApp conversations handled by the AI receptionist.

Replies you send here go straight to the patient's WhatsApp — use this to step in and correct anything the AI got wrong, or to answer something it couldn't handle. Run 06_admin_reply.sql once in Supabase and set up the small n8n workflow described alongside it before this can actually send.

Conversations are read directly from the AI receptionist's memory (n8n_chat_histories) — for monitoring and quality checks only, not a live chat inbox. Run 05_conversations_view.sql once in Supabase to enable this page if it shows a permissions error below.
